Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We have no minimums — you can order as few as 50 boxes. This makes us ideal for startups testing the market or established brands running limited editions.

How do I get a quote?

Fill out our quote form with your box style, dimensions, quantity, and finishing preferences. We'll send you a detailed quote within 1–2 business days. If you're not sure what you need, just describe your product and we'll recommend the right format.

Can I order multiple box styles in one order?

Yes. You can mix styles, sizes, and finishes in a single order. Each SKU is quoted individually so you get accurate pricing for every item.

Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes. We can produce 1–4 plain samples of your chosen box style so you can check the size, material, and construction before placing a full order.

Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All pricing is in CAD. No currency conversion surprises.

Are there setup fees?

No setup fees for standard orders. Custom die-cut projects may require a one-time tooling fee, which we'll include in your quote upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, e-transfer, and wire transfer. Payment is required before production begins.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. Our quote form allows you to request pricing at multiple quantity tiers so you can see the price breaks. Larger quantities always get better per-unit pricing.

Where is my packaging printed?

Everything is printed domestically in Canada. No overseas production, no ocean freight, no customs delays.

How long does production take?

Typical turnaround is 10–15 business days after proof approval, depending on complexity and quantity. Rush orders may be available — ask us.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship to every province and territory. Shipping costs are included in your quote.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your packaging to your door.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept AI, PDF, PSD, and EPS files. All artwork should be in CMYK colour mode at 300 DPI minimum. We'll provide dieline templates if you need them.

Can you design my packaging for me?

We don't offer full graphic design services, but our prepress team can help adjust your existing artwork, set up dielines, and ensure your files are print-ready.

What happens during the proofing stage?

After your artwork is submitted, we prepare a high-resolution digital proof showing exactly how your packaging will look. You review and approve before anything goes to press. Revisions are unlimited at this stage.

What if I need to make changes after approving the proof?

Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes are no longer possible. That's why we encourage careful review during the proofing stage.

Are your cannabis packages child-resistant?

Yes. We offer child-resistant certified packaging that meets Health Canada requirements for cannabis products including pre-rolls, edibles, and concentrates.

Do you understand Health Canada packaging regulations?

Yes. We stay current with Health Canada's cannabis packaging and labelling requirements and build compliance into every design.

Can I get compliant packaging for edibles and concentrates?

Absolutely. We produce custom packaging for all cannabis formats — flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, and accessories — all compliant with Canadian regulations.
