Ordering Questions
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We have no minimum order requirements. Whether you need 50 boxes or 50,000, we'll print your run.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out our online quote form at tally.so/r/kdK4rM. Include your box type, dimensions, quantity, and any print or finish details. We respond within 1-2 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via bank transfer and e-transfer. Stripe credit card payments coming soon.
Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
We can produce a small proof run for most products. Ask about samples when you submit your quote.
Printing & Artwork
Printing & Artwork Questions
What file formats do you accept?
AI, PDF, PSD, EPS, and TIFF. We prefer vector files (AI or PDF) with fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI minimum.
Can you help with design?
We don't offer full design services, but we review all artwork for print-readiness and can help with dieline setup and minor adjustments.
What printing methods do you use?
Offset lithography and digital printing, depending on the product and quantity. We'll recommend the best method for your order.
Can I print on the inside of the box?
Yes. Interior printing is available on mailer boxes and select folding carton styles.

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada. All production is domestic — no customs, no duties, no border delays.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10-15 business days after proof approval. Rush options available on request.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Canada only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Materials & Sustainability
Materials & Sustainability Questions
Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. We offer FSC-certified paper, post-consumer recycled content, compostable materials, and soy-based inks. See our sustainability page for details.
Are your boxes recyclable?
Most of our paperboard and corrugated products are recyclable. We can advise on recyclability for specific material and finish combinations.
Can you provide FSC certification documentation?
Yes. Ask us for FSC chain-of-custody documentation when you submit your quote.
