Terms of Service

By accessing and using magentadepot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Magenta Depot provides custom packaging printing services including but not limited to folding cartons, mailer boxes, custom labels, die-cut packaging, eco packaging, and cannabis packaging. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

All quotes provided by Magenta Depot are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include materials, printing, and finishing as specified. Shipping costs are quoted separately. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if project specifications change after a quote is issued.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment is required in full before production begins unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept credit cards, e-transfer, and wire transfer. All sales are final once production has begun.

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork files that meet our specifications. We will review submitted files for technical issues but are not responsible for errors in your artwork, including spelling, colour accuracy, or design elements. Dieline templates are provided upon request. We recommend reviewing all proofs carefully before approval.

A digital proof will be provided for your review and approval before production begins. By approving a proof, you confirm that all details — including text, colours, layout, and dimensions — are correct. Magenta Depot is not liable for errors that were present in an approved proof. Changes after proof approval may incur additional charges.

Production timelines are estimates and begin after proof approval and payment confirmation. While we make every effort to meet quoted timelines, Magenta Depot is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to the shipping carrier upon dispatch.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof. Claims must be made within 7 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. If a claim is valid, we will reprint the order at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion.

You retain ownership of all artwork, designs, and brand assets you provide to us. By submitting files, you represent that you have the right to use all content in your designs. Magenta Depot retains no rights to your artwork. We may request permission to use completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials.

Magenta Depot's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
