Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Magenta Depot website (magentadepot.com) and our custom packaging services. By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Magenta Depot provides custom packaging printing and manufacturing services, including but not limited to folding cartons, mailer boxes, custom labels, die-cut packaging, eco-friendly packaging, and cannabis packaging. All services are subject to the terms outlined in individual quotes and order confirmations.

Quotes provided by Magenta Depot are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote becomes a binding order once you confirm acceptance and payment is received. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, quantities, and specifications.

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We will review your artwork for print-readiness and notify you of any issues. A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the content, including text, colours, and layout. We are not responsible for errors in customer-approved proofs.

Standard production time is 10-15 business days after proof approval, depending on product type and quantity. Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We ship to addresses within Canada. Shipping costs are included in your quote unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Payment is required before production begins. We accept bank transfer and e-transfer. Additional payment methods may be available in the future. Late payments may result in production delays or order cancellation.

Because our products are custom-manufactured, we do not accept returns for change of mind or order errors that were present in customer-approved proofs. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (print quality issue, wrong material, structural defect not present in the approved proof), contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a reprint or credit.

You represent that you own or have the right to use all artwork, logos, images, and text provided to us for printing. You are responsible for ensuring your packaging designs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Magenta Depot is not liable for intellectual property claims arising from customer-provided artwork.

For cannabis packaging orders, you are responsible for ensuring your packaging design complies with all applicable Health Canada regulations, provincial regulations, and any other relevant laws. Magenta Depot can assist with technical print specifications but does not provide legal or regulatory compliance advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magenta Depot's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
