Review & Approve Your Quote
We'll send you a clear, itemized quote — no hidden fees. Review the pricing, specs, and timeline. Ask questions, request changes, or approve and move forward. Payment is collected once you approve.

Upload Your Artwork
Once your quote is approved, we'll send you a secure upload link for your print files. We accept AI, PDF, PSD, and other standard formats. Our team reviews your artwork for print-readiness and flags any issues.

Proof Approval
We prepare a digital proof showing exactly how your packaging will look when printed. Review it carefully — colours, text, layout, bleed. Approve with one click, or request revisions. Nothing goes to print without your sign-off.

Production
Your order goes into production at our domestic print facility. Standard turnaround is 10-15 business days depending on product type and quantity. Rush options available on request.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship directly to your door anywhere in Canada. No customs, no duties, no broker fees. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping.

What file formats do you accept?
AI, PDF, PSD, EPS, and TIFF. We prefer vector files (AI or PDF) with fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI minimum.
Do you offer design services?
We don't offer full design services, but our team can review your artwork, suggest adjustments for print, and help with dieline setup.
How fast can I get my order?
Standard production is 10-15 business days. Rush options are available — mention your deadline in the quote form and we'll do our best.
What if I need to change my artwork after approval?
If production hasn't started, we can usually accommodate changes. Contact us as soon as possible.
